Our business hours are:
Monday through Thursday = 10:00am - 6:00pm
Friday and Saturday = 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday = Closed
We accept items for consignment from 10:00 a.m. to one hour before closing.
Your consignment items may be brought directly to the store. Special consideration items may be viewed by an in-home appointment. You're welcome to share a photo for consideration.
Large items should be photographed and sent via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery and pick-up services are available for all pieces, through a third party, for a fee.
First 30 days - no discount
30-60 days - save 10%
60-90 days - save 20%
Your After-90-Day options are:
- Pick up items
- Mark items 50% off lowest price
Any items that remain on the floor after 120 days are donated to charity or can be picked up.
Resale items must be in show-room condition. If cleaning is required, a cleaning fee will be applied per piece.
All upholstered furniture must be sterilized per Ohio Code and a $5.00 fee per piece will be applied.
Chelsea's Consignments fee is 50%.
Payout of proceeds are made the 15th and last day of each month.
At the time of consignment, the consignor will receive an itemized list of their items along with their prices and their consignor number. The consignor will also choose their After-90-Day option.
